Who we are
ThreeCap strives to be the long term home for exceptional Canadian businesses solving meaningful problems.
We invest with permanent capital so we can afford to really invest in the business and think long term.
We believe that the standard “strip and flip” style of PE funds doesn’t work. Holding and growing for the long run leads to the best results for the seller’s legacy/mission, the team running the business, the clients, the stakeholders involved, and also for the investors.
After investing in a company, we will bring in new technology, systems, capital, and experienced advisors to build the business even further.
